100 first emails for Digimetrics, in four audiences, each tied to one free tool. Check the prospect's site, write one true finding, copy the email and track what happens.
How to run a test
Pick an audience and an angle. Every angle has three emails, each with two subject lines (A and B).
Check the prospect first. Each email says which free tool to open and what to look for. Write that one finding in the box below. The emails only work when the finding is true.
Fill in the boxes, then copy. The email fills itself. Paste it into your sending tool.
Record what happened. Enter how many you sent and how many replied. The page works out the reply rate and ranks the angles.
Change one thing per test. Test subject A against B on the same body, or test two bodies with the same subject. Keep the list type the same.
Before you send. Include a real postal address and a clear way to opt out (the sign-off does this). Rules differ in Malaysia, Singapore, the EU and UK, and the US, so check with whoever handles legal for you. Send only to business addresses.
Fill in once, copy many times
Your answers stay in this browser and fill every email below. Empty boxes stay as {{ }} so you can see what is missing.
Results by angle
Angles with at least one email sent, best reply rate first. Add sent and reply counts on the cards to fill this in.
